The Pilgrimage
August 5-10 in Colorado
Why go on the Pilgrimage? This is a great opportunity to prepare yourself for your freshman year of high school. We will connect and grow relationships with each other, and with the Creator! And only by personal experience can you really see the beauty of God’s creation; which is why we will spend a week in the mountains of Colorado! We will also have opportunities to serve at the Denver Rescue Mission; and have a blast on an overnight white-water rafting trip at Noah’s Ark in Buena Vista. We encourage all of our students in 8th grade to join us on this fun week of adventure throughout Colorado!
When is this mission trip and what is is the cost? We are planning on leaving for this trip on Sunday, August 5 and will return on Friday, August 10. The total cost for this trip is $290 per person, and includes all meals and transportation. Plus you get a free Crossview Student Ministries t-shirt when you sign up! We encourage you to wear your t-shirt when you’re fundraising. We also strongly encourage students to pray about giving a donation that will be made to Scum of the Earth during our trip.
How do I get signed up for this mission trip? It’s important that you get signed up right away. The sooner you get signed up, the sooner you can start participating in Crossview fundraisers like our Waffle fundraiser coming up on November 20.
To signup, turn in a $50 non-refundable deposit by November 30 to our church office. Any deposits turned in after this date may not guarantee a spot on the trip or may require a fee increase. Please turn in both forms below with your deposit:
