Senior High CHIC Trip
July 14 - 21 in Knoxville, TN
What is CHIC? CHIC stands for Covenant High in Christ, which is a huge event open to senior high students in the Evangelical Covenant (CHIC requires that you have competed 9-12th grade in the 2011-2012 school year, and be at least 15 years old by Sept 1, 2012). At CHIC, thousands of students from our denomination gather at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for a week of amazing worship, great messages, and tons of fun activities. This year’s featured music artists include Chris Tomlin and Lecrae, with special guest speakers Francis Chan and Louis Giglio; and there are many more! When is CHIC and what is the cost? We are planning on leaving for this trip on Saturday, July 14 and will return on Saturday, July 21. The total cost for this trip is $500 per person, and includes all meals and transportation, plus you get a free Crossview Student Ministries t-shirt when you sign up! We encourage you to wear your t-shirt when you’re fundraising. The price may seem high, but you will not be disappointed. CHIC is a once-in-a-lifetime event! We also strongly encourage students to pray about giving a donation that will be made to Covenant Kids during CHIC.
How do I get signed up for CHIC? It’s important that you get signed up right away. You can start by turning in a $50 non-refundable deposit to our church office along with both forms below no later than April 30:
