Thanks for checking out Crossview Student Ministries for junior high (7th-8th grade) and senior high (9th-12th grade); a ministry of Crossview Covenant Church in North Mankato, MN. There are lots of great things happening for you to get involved with! Student Ministries has a passion to see students discover a deeper relationship with God, develop a Spirit-led life, serve others faithfully, and send them out to draw others to Christ. There are adults and students who are waiting to build a great friendship with you!
Student Ministries Programs
Wednesdays from 6:30-9:00PMOur midweek gathering for all Junior High and Senior High students. Students are welcome to come hang out in the lobby at Howard Drive from 6:30-7:30pm, you can even bring your homework if you want. There will be ping pong, foosball, board games, a café with tons of goodies, and new Xbox 360’s with Kinect! At 7:30pm we begin experiencing Christian community through energetic games, great worship, a challenging message, and then dig deeper through meaningful small group discussions with adult mentors. We encourage and challenge students to begin and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Sundays from 10:30-11:30AM
A Sunday morning Bible study in a classroom setting that is open to all Junior High students. Senior High students are encouraged to engage in the corporate worship services.
Sundays from 10:30-11:30AM
A one year program for 8th grade students as they explore their faith by journeying through the Bible and early Church history in a classroom setting and a two day retreat. Upon meeting additional requirements and completion of the course, students are given the opportunity to make a public confirmation of their Christian faith. Our summers bring about big trips for our students that takes months of fundraising and preparations. This year's trips are:

Student Leadership Opportunities
SALT: Student Action Leadership Team
Open to 11th and 12th grade students who will influence the goals and values of the student ministry, as well as have influence with other students for participation within our community. Students will learn and utilize tools to grow, share, and defend their faith. If interested, fill out the Student Leadership Application.
Student Worship Arts Team
Students are welcome to join the worship team that invests into our Ignite’s worship experience. If you play an instrument, sing, enjoy creative arts, or like running the projection/sound system; this is a great fit for you. Worship team practices on Wednesday nights from 5:00-6:00pm at Carol Court. If interested, fill out the Student Worship Team Application.
